Casper Olund Rasmussen's work experience includes being the Head of HR Business Partnering, Recruitment and Development at Andel, where they are responsible for various subsidiaries within the Danish energy and digital infrastructure group. Casper has also worked as a Manager, HR Implementation at Andel, overseeing the implementation of HR initiatives. Previously, Casper worked as a Senior PMI Consultant in an internal Post Merger Integration team, focusing on the successful integration of SEAS-NVE and three Ørsted business units. Before joining Andel, they held the position of Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked on projects related to change management and digital transformation. Casper also has experience at Egon Zehnder, where they served as an Associate and a Senior Business Analyst, and at the Embassy of Denmark in Bangladesh as a Public Diplomacy Trainee. Casper began their career at Userneeds as an Analysis Consultant.
Casper Olund Rasmussen completed their Master's Degree in Political Communication and Management from Copenhagen Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2011.
