Karen Wallace has extensive experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Services & Support at Andeavor since February 2013. Prior to this role, Karen spent over 13 years at Valero Energy Corporation, holding the position of Supervisor in Customer Setup & Support. Karen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word, completing studies in 2006.
