Joss Kent is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in luxury adventure travel and management. Currently serving as the Executive Chairman and CEO of &Beyond since January 2012, Joss Kent leads a company recognized as the world’s leader in luxury safaris and adventure travel, with over 33 safari lodges and a commitment to sustainability and community support in Africa. Prior to &Beyond, Joss Kent held significant roles at Abercrombie & Kent Group as CEO and President & COO, and at The Bland Group as Regional Managing Director. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Abercrombie & Kent and a consultant at Bain & Company. Joss Kent began a career in the military as a Lieutenant in the Blues & Royals. Joss Kent holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, earned between 1995 and 1997.
