Stuart Munton, a seasoned digital transformation and agile delivery leader, has over 20 years of experience across diverse industry sectors. Currently serving as Chief for Group Operations & Technology at AND Digital since May 2014, Stuart oversees internal technology functions, including IT, business platform, and standards teams. In addition to leading the evolution of delivery practices in agile environments, Stuart has held multiple leadership roles focused on enhancing digital capabilities, coaching high-performance teams, and maintaining a competitive edge in delivery principles. Co-founding the Agile Reading Meet-up Group in 2020, Stuart fosters community engagement within the agile sector. Previous roles include senior management positions at William Hill, Premier Farnell, NHS Connecting for Health, and ASDA. Stuart holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
