David participates in the underwriting of investment opportunities. To his role, he brings industrial, multifamily, retail, and office asset management experience, which includes various sizable Manhattan properties.

David’s experience in Latin America includes fund capital raising, real estate valuation analysis, and financial evaluation of pre-development, development, and operational projects. He served as a board member for a children’s home and tutored at-risk youth in Bogotá.
