Shivam Shah is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and investment. Currently serving as an Advisor at Ancile Digital since November 2023, Shivam previously founded Ancile Services, the largest recruiter in the Last Mile Delivery sector, successfully connecting hundreds of businesses with thousands of drivers monthly from January 2020 to November 2023. As a Partner at Augment Ventures from January 2016 to September 2023, Shivam contributed to early-stage venture investments. Earlier experience includes founding and leading Yavanna Retail Pvt. Ltd. as CEO from December 2012 to January 2020, where the company manufactured apparel under the brands Bandarwalla and CaptainKYSO, establishing a global presence. Additionally, Shivam was an Analyst at the Simon School Venture Capital Fund in 2013-2014, which is a student-run fund at the University of Rochester. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from J.D.
