Dilipsinh Nakoom currently serves as Associate Vice President at Ancile Digital since January 2024. Previously, Dilipsinh held the position of Associate Director at Lancesoft India from December 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing the onboarding process and redesigning employee relations processes, leading to improved attrition control and company branding. Earlier experience includes roles as Employee Relations Manager and Team Lead at Collabera Digital from September 2015 to December 2022, and Sales Specialist at Brainworks Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from May 2014 to September 2015. Dilipsinh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Valia Institute of Technology, Bharuch, obtained in June 2013.
