Prior to this role, Joshua worked as an ERP Business Consultant at Sockeye, successfully implementing ERP software and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and training. Joshua's extensive experience also includes managerial positions at Teck Resources Limited and KPMG US, where responsibilities ranged from supervising audit teams to reviewing financial controls across various industries. Joshua holds an International Master of Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from Idaho State University.
