Billie Fink has a robust background in engineering and management within the drilling fluids industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Anchor Drilling Fluids USA since July 2006, Billie oversees daily operations of engineers, including hiring and directing new personnel on location. Prior to this role, Billie worked as a Mud Engineer at Halliburton from September 2002 to July 2006, focusing on daily checks and inventory management of drilling mud. Billie's early career included a position as a Correctional Officer at LCCF from October 1998 to January 2001, where control was maintained for a large facility. Educational background includes attendance at New Mexico Junior College from 1997 to 1998, along with completing studies at Hobbs High School.
