Reko Nare is an experienced finance professional with a background in investment management and administration. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Anchor since March 2021, Reko Nare previously held the position of Assistant Portfolio Manager, overseeing the administration and compliance of a growing investment portfolio. Reko Nare began a career in investment management after graduating with a BCom in Economics from the University of Pretoria in 2018 and gained experience as an Investment Administrator at Asante Scientific Innovations (Pty) Ltd from January 2019 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as Merchandise Manager at Big Concerts from January 2018 to December 2019. In addition, Reko Nare completed a Certificate in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of South Africa in 2019.
