Matthew Zwilling has worked in various engineering and operations roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Process Development Engineer for Praxair in the Aerospace division. Matthew then moved to Covidien, where they worked as a New Product Development Engineer in the Stapling R&D division from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Medtronic as a Supplier Excellence Engineer in the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. Since 2017, they have been with Ancera, where they have held the roles of Director of Engineering and Supply Chain, Director of Contract Manufacturing, Manager of Contract Manufacturing, and Operations Manager.
Matthew Zwilling obtained a Master of Science in Engineering & Operations Management from the University of New Haven, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Matthew also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training from Medtronic (obtained in May 2016) and Six Sigma Green Belt & Project Lead Training from Praxair, Inc (obtained in November 2013).
