Kelsey Nance is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Branch Manager at ANB Bank since May 2018, where responsibilities include supervising staff, hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Previously held the position of Banking Officer, focusing on leadership and expanding the customer base. Kelsey has diverse experience in youth development and support roles, including a Youth Development Specialist at Jefferson Center for Mental Health and a Direct Care Counselor at Urban Peak Colorado Springs. Additional experience includes educational roles as a Para Educator and Camp Counselor, alongside positions in retail sales.
