Ross Johnson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service desk engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Engineer at ANATOMY_IT since January 2021, Ross has previously held various roles, including Service Desk Specialist at the same company and Managed Services Help Desk Technician at StratX IT Solutions, LLC and Doherty Staffing Solutions, Inc.
