Fernando Caro Higuera has worked in the IT industry since 2011. Fernando began their career at Telefónica as a Data Base Administrator, where they were responsible for the performance, integrity and security of a database. In 2012, they moved to Unisys as a Quality Analyst, where they resolved and analyzed technical or process items in a call center/help desk/data center environment. Fernando was then promoted to Technical Support Representative, where they provided support for incident resolution and requests reported by the users. In 2017, they joined TIVIT as a Critical Incident Manager. In 2019, they moved to Concentrix as an Analyst IT Operations and Senior Technical Support IT Operations, where they recognized areas for improvement within IT infrastructures, designed new systems, and performed different types of support. Currently, they are employed at ANATOMY_IT. as a Centralized Services Engineer, where they provide specialized remote support for cloud services, monitors backups, disk space, and security alerts, manages SSL Certificates, and ensures that the critical operations of the company clients are up and running at all times.
Fernando Caro Higuera attended Universidad de San Buenaventura from 2006 to 2012 and earned a degree in Ingenieria de Sistemas.
