Scott Martin is a seasoned business broker and owner with extensive experience in project management, financial consulting, and sales development. Currently serving as a licensed real estate broker with NAI Black/Waypoint Capital LLC since January 2013, Scott primarily represents sellers in business transactions. As the owner of Anastasi, Moore & Martin, PLLC since January 2012, Scott oversees business valuations, litigation support, and merger and acquisition consulting across the Inland Northwest. Previous roles include partner at Moss Adams LLP, where responsibilities encompassed tax compliance, planning, and business valuations, as well as leadership positions in various firms, including CFO at Windswept Capital and tax manager at LeMaster & Daniels, PLLC. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business.
