Terry-Anne Andrews

Director Human Resources, G&a at AnaSpec

Terry-Anne Andrews has extensive experience in human resources management. Terry-Anne started their career at MiLAN Technology in 2002, where they served as an HR Administrator and was responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Terry-Anne also played a role in establishing employee relations practices, recruiting and placement procedures, and management training programs.

In 2005, Terry-Anne joined AuraOne Systems, Inc as a Human Resources Administrator. In this role, they handled various HR functions, including compensation, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance. Terry-Anne also contributed to the design of compensation and benefit plans.

From 2006 to 2011, Terry-Anne worked at Zonare Medical Systems, Inc as a Human Resources Generalist. Here, they administered HR policies and objectives for a 200-employee company. Terry-Anne'sresponsibilities included recruitment, new hire processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and coordinating company-sponsored events.

Since 2011, Terry-Anne has been with AnaSpec / Eurogentec North America. Terry-Anne started as an Administration & Human Resources Manager, overseeing all HR areas for the company. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager, and in 2017, they became the Director of Human Resources and G&A. In their current role, they partner with senior management on strategic direction, workplace culture, and corporate policies. Terry-Anne provides HR support to managers and employees, ensuring legal compliance, talent retention, training and development, and implementation of policies and best practices.

Terry-Anne Andrews received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Letran College, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Terry-Anne also holds additional certifications in Human Resources Management from eCornell University and is currently in progress of obtaining a PHR certification.
