Kyoko Tsurumi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kyoko started their career at The Langham Hotels and Resorts in London, where they worked as a Japanese Coordinator and Executive Service Officer. In this role, they served as the main contact for Japanese companies and travel agents, handling inquiries and resolving issues while also cross-selling to international guests.
