Yangsu Ren is a Senior Manager in Computational Biology at AnaptysBio since May 2019, having progressed through various roles within the company. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California San Diego, where Yangsu Ren conducted extensive multi-omics analysis on mouse models to explore genetic factors associated with depression and anxiety. Yangsu Ren began the academic journey as a PhD candidate at the University of Michigan, focusing on genomic studies in a rat model, and previously contributed to research as a Summer Research Assistant in analyzing SNP genotype data related to ischemic heart disease. Yangsu Ren holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Genetics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Truman State University.
