Prior to their current role, Gladys worked as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company where Gladys advised clients on digital and analytics topics. With previous experience as a Product Manager at INTURN, Vice President at InSITE, and Investment Professional at Banyan Capital, Gladys has a strong background in strategy, product management, and investment. Gladys also co-founded Local Panda and worked as a Co-Founder at Touch, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to creating positive impact through innovation. Gladys holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Psychology & Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
