Thomas Baugnon is an experienced anesthesiologist and healthcare expert with a robust background in medical education and human factors in health. Currently serving as an Anesthésiste Réanimateur at Hôpital Necker-Enfants Malades since 2005, Thomas also holds the position of Expert Prise en charge at ANAP since September 2022 and has been a Formateur en Simulation at iLumens since 2010. In addition, Thomas contributed as a board member to Facteurs Humains en Santé from January 2019 to June 2023 and provided medical advisory services at the Ministère des solidarités et de la santé between March 2020 and September 2022. Thomas's educational qualifications include a D.I.U. in Human Factors and Non-Technical Skills from Université Paris-Saclay, a DU in Simulation Medical Education from Université Paris Cité, and a DES in Surgical Anesthesia and Reanimation from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
