Previously, Ajai Garg held the position of director at DIT Group and served as the director in the Ministry of Electronics and IT from January 2015 to January 2023, focusing on bilateral and multilateral relations while promoting startups and innovation. Additionally, Ajai Garg was a senior director at the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology from March 2000 to January 2023. Ajai Garg earned an M.Tech and PhD in MEMS devices from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, between 1990 and 1996.
