Ivana Šparavalo has work experience spanning from 2015 to 2023. Ivana started as a Purchasing Assistant Intern at Urban Municipality Čukarica in 2015 and then in 2016 became a Customer Service Representative trainee at Nestlé. In 2017, Ivana became a Component Repair Specialist at SR Technics Group and an IT Project Manager at GCOMM. From 2020 to 2023 they were a Research and Development Project Manager at Everseen. Currently, Ivana works as a Scrum Master at Ananas E-commerce.

Ivana Å paravalo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a High School diploma in Banking Officer from The first economic school from 2007 until 2011. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Communication Foundations and Leading Productive Meetings from LinkedIn, a Salesforce Platform App Builder certificate from Salesforce, and a Certificate of Youth Empowerment Program from Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. Ivana also obtained a Black Belt from the Serbia Karate Federation, and completed several web-based trainings in areas such as occupational safety, quality procedures, and export control.
