Sadia Jannat Maliha currently serves as a Customer Query Manager at Analyzen, where responsibilities include assisting the query management team, handling customer interactions, collaborating with the client service team, and addressing audience queries to enhance brand understanding. Previously, Sadia interned at Trust Bank Limited, assisting new customers with account openings and managing paperwork related to debit card orders and loan applications. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Customer Engagement Manager at We are X, focused on resolving communication challenges for businesses, and as a Marketing Specialist at Memory Lane Photography. Sadia also contributed as a General Member of The Marketing Club of North South University, participating in significant events such as a national digital marketing competition. Sadia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from North South University and completed secondary and higher secondary education with a focus on Science.
