Isabel Fernández Toral has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Isabel started their career in 2009 at Ayuntamiento Benavides de Órbigo, where they worked in administration and logistics for local governance until 2014. In 2014, they joined Mercedes-Benz España as an Analyst in the Planning, Sales, and Logistics Department. Isabel then moved to Mercedes-Benz Vans in 2017, where they served as a Finance Expert and Controller in the Finance and Controlling Department until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Analyticalways, a role they have held since August 2020.

Isabel Fernández Toral obtained their Licenciatura degree in Economics from Universidad de Salamanca between the years 2009 and 2013. Outside of this educational background, they also completed a practical course on business intelligence called "Big Data" at Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid.

Furthermore, Isabel Fernández Toral holds a Certificate in Advanced English, obtained from the University of Cambridge in March 2014.
