Zach Boykin currently serves as Critical Materials Portfolio Manager at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment and as Senior Technical Analyst at ANSER. From June 2024, Zach will also be an Aircraft Maintenance Officer with the Colorado Air National Guard. Previously, Zach held multiple roles within the United States Department of Defense from April 2012 to March 2023, including Operations Chief for the Time-Dominant Operations Center and Operations Manager for the Data & Digital Innovation Directorate. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager and Data Engineering Project Manager at Data Corps, Senior Imagery Scientist at the Office of Counterproliferation, and Lead Geospatial Analyst at the Colorado Air National Guard. Early career experience includes working as a Metals Technology Specialist with the United States Air Force and various roles at Best Buy. Zach earned a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completing studies in July 2022 and previously attending from August 2006 to December 2010.
