Kelly Scheuneman-Chase has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Kelly has held various roles in different organizations, starting as a Technical Recruiter at Information Concepts in 1995. Kelly then became a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Lewin Group, where they provided guidance and support to employees regarding personnel issues, employee relations, benefits administration, staffing, and performance management. In 2003, they joined NRECA as a Staffing Advisor, managing the recruiting program and processes. Kelly then moved on to ANSER in 2008, first as a Manager of Human Resources and later as the Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, resolving employee relations issues, developing policies, and providing overall strategic leadership for all HR matters.

Kelly attended Harvard Business School Executive Education briefly in the year 2022, where they participated in the HR Executive Suite Connection program.
From 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Interior Design at Marymount University.
Between 1994 and 1996, they studied at the University of Baltimore, earning a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology.
In the period of 1984 to 1988, they attended SUNY Geneseo and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on English and Drama.
Earlier, from 1980 to 1984, they completed their high school education at Kenmore East Senior High School.
Additionally, Kelly has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they received the certificate for completing "The HR-Executive Suite Connection" program from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Kelly also holds certifications such as "HR as a Business Partner," "Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact," "Administrative Human Resources," and "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn, all obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they achieved the designation of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015 and obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2006.
