Jin-Wei Tioh is a Principal Engineer in Digital Design Engineering at Analog Devices since August 2021, specializing in flow development, QA, automation, verification, and AI-driven design optimization. With extensive expertise in netlist-to-GDS physical design for mixed-signal and digital designs and a broad range of process technologies and product types, Jin-Wei has a solid foundation in the field. Previously, as a Principal Member of the Technical Staff at Maxim Integrated, Jin-Wei led similar initiatives. As the Founder and Lead Developer of BlueSmoke, Jin-Wei established a prominent presence in IT through hardware/software evaluation and site management. The academic background includes a Bachelor¡¯s Degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, where Jin-Wei contributed to research on all-optical network devices and wrote technical proposals and publications.
