Jill Bauer has been with the Anaheim Ducks since August 1993, when they started as store manager. Jill was promoted to director of merchandise in July 1996 and has been in that role ever since. Prior to their time with the Ducks, Bauer worked as a store manager for The Disney Store and Disneyland Resort. Jill began their career with Disneyland Resort in 1985 as a merchandise hostess/lead.
Jill Bauer attended California State University, Long Beach where they earned a degree in Communications.
