Adam Bartczak started their career in 2014 as a Field Specialist at SolarCity. In 2015, they worked as a Varsity Assistant Baseball Coach at Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District and also took on the role of Lot Manager at Santas Garden. In 2016, they became the Director of Communications at Anaheim Chamber of Commerce.

Adam Bartczak earned their Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from California State University, Fullerton. Adam attended the university from 2011 to 2014.
