Danika Basista is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical training and laboratory procedures. Currently serving as a Mixing Lab Tech at Anaerobe Systems, Inc. since May 2018, Danika also holds the position of Lead Trainer at Velodyne LiDAR, Inc. since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing and training technical personnel. Previous roles include Alignment Technician at Velodyne LiDAR, Chiropractic Assistant at Vitality Chiropractic, and Undergraduate Lab Assistant in the Chemistry Department at UC Santa Barbara. Danika's early experience as a Community Service Officer for the University of California Police Department showcases strong interpersonal and communication skills. Danika holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry and Fine and Studio Arts from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 2011 and 2015.
