Kosuke Nakano has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Kosuke started their career at ANA Hotel Tokyo as a Restaurant Server from April 1997 to January 2000. Kosuke then moved on to the F&B Office at the same company, where they worked from January 2000 to March 2007. In April 2007, they joined ANA InterContinental Tokyo as part of the F&B Office, and later transitioned to a role in Human Resources Planning in October 2007. Kosuke continued to work in various HR positions, including HR Manager from June 2010 to March 2018, Senior HR Manager from April 2018 to January 2022, and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources since January 2022.

Kosuke Nakano attended Tokai University from 1992 to 1997 but did not receive a degree or specialize in any specific field of study.
