Rondre Ashford serves as a Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at DMI Consulting since February 2022, providing insights on multicultural marketing within the media-entertainment and technology sectors and leading the execution of AIMM’s DEIB strategic plan. Previously, Ashford held various roles at San Diego State University from July 2014 to February 2022, including Associate Director of Diversity & Civic Engagement, where responsibilities included managing residential affinity groups and fostering inclusive environments for diverse student identities. Other positions at the university encompassed Coordinator of Community Engagement, Counselor, and Residence Hall Coordinator, focusing on student success initiatives, academic monitoring, and leadership development programs. Ashford holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University.
