Douglas Davenport has extensive experience in technology procurement and client support, currently serving as a Senior Buyer for Indirect Spend at Amy's Kitchen since March 2009, following roles as the Information Technology Purchasing Manager and Manager of the IT Help Desk. Prior to this, Douglas managed a team of developers at Check Point Software Technologies from 2004 to 2008, overseeing project assignments and team goals. At Zone Labs from 2001 to 2004, Douglas worked as an Endpoint Escalation Engineer, where responsibilities included assisting enterprise customers with security products, collaborating on software enhancements, and ensuring quality assurance for product releases. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology, obtained from 2009 to 2012.
