Diva C. began their career in 2003 as an Associate Research Scientist at Exelixis, Inc., where their successful lead-op projects led to Cabometyx\u2122 (cabozantinib), currently in the market for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma. In 2010, they joined Amyris as the Senior Technology Manager for Aprinnova. Diva then served as the Sr. Technical Product Manager for Industrial Products, managing technical relationships and new business development across the Myralene\u2122 product line of performance materials, developing value propositions and go-to-market strategy for the renewable solvents line. Diva also acted as the primary technical interface between customers and Amyris. In addition, Diva C. was the Technical Product Manager for Cosmetics, representing the voice-of-customer from bench through manufacturing and developing value propositions and go to market strategy for cosmetic raw ingredients. Lastly, they served as the Sr. Associate Scientist for Chemical Process Development.

Diva C. graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
