Ashley Walicki, CBP, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as a LEO Lecturer I at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and as an adjunct faculty member at both the University of Denver and Cleary University. With extensive experience in various HR roles, including Compensation & HRIS Supervisor for the City of Ann Arbor, Ashley has led citywide compensation reviews and managed annual salary programs for over 184 employees. Previous positions include Compensation Analyst at ZF Group North American Operations and Global Compensation Analyst at Tower Automotive, alongside a strong background in academia. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management/Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a BBA in Management/Marketing from Walsh College.
