Xiangyang Shi has a strong background in project management and human resources information systems, currently serving as Manager of Global HRIS at Amway since September 2010, where responsibilities include leading the evaluation and management of global HR systems. Prior to this role, Xiangyang Shi held several positions at Amway, including Principal Project Manager for IT Vendor Management and Senior Project Manager for Global Project Management, overseeing the launch of numerous products. Earlier experience at Comcast included positions such as Manager of Project Management, where strategic project development and implementation were directed, as well as various IT support and supervisory roles. Xiangyang Shi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and System Analysis, both from The University of Findlay.
