Katherine Lee has extensive experience in global procurement, currently serving as Head of Indirect Global Procurement at Amway since October 2018. Prior roles at Amway include Global Indirect Procurement Manager, Lead Sourcing Manager & Global Category Lead for Events, and Sr Regional Category Lead for Special Events. Previously, Katherine worked at CA Technologies from August 2011 to September 2018 in strategic sourcing for indirect categories across Asia Pacific and Japan, holding titles such as Sr Principal, Procurement and Principal Procurement. Earlier career experiences include Sr Procurement Engineer at Hewlett Packard Singapore (Pte) Ltd and Etch Process Engineer at Chartered Semiconductor Pte Ltd. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science - Material Science from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Materials Science from Singapore Polytechnic.
