Austin DeNolf is an experienced industrial engineer with a solid background in chemical engineering, holding a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. Since August 2012, Austin has held multiple positions at Amway, including Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Group Leader, Process Engineer, and Product Quality Engineer. Prior to this, Austin served as an Engineering Intern at Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures, where responsibilities included creating educational content and conducting failure case studies. Earlier experience includes working as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Michigan, focusing on synthesizing and analyzing crystal structures using various scientific techniques.
