As Chief Technology & Platform Officer, Ashish Khan leads global teams pioneering the development of easy, seamless shopping experiences for customers and Amway’s social commerce strategy. He is responsible for driving Amway’s digital enterprise strategy and platform innovation.
Khan also leverages world-class data and analytics to deliver business insights to Amway Business Owners and is responsible for managing strategic alliances with leading digital and social technology platforms around the world.
Khan reports to CEO Milind Pant and serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, Amway’s key decision-making body focused on strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. He also serves on Amway’s Executive Staff, which is composed of cross-functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs.
Khan has 25 years of digital and technology leadership experience. He has worked with leading global consumer product, retail and digital marketing companies. Khan has also served as a strategic advisor to technology entrepreneurs.
As the Global Head of Brand Technology and Enterprise Architecture at Estée Lauder Companies, Khan led the digital transformation of the company’s global brands, consumer experience, product innovation, and supply chain. Prior to joining Estée Lauder Companies, Khan served as Senior Vice President of Global E-commerce Platforms for Staples and led the modernization and transformation of their global e-commerce capabilities.
Khan earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and technology from the University of Maine.
