Pooja Jaiswal is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in marketing communications and sales. Currently serving as Associate Manager - Marketing Communications at Amway India Enterprises Private Limited since June 2017, Pooja has previously held the position of Marketing Executive at Novartis India Pvt. Ltd. from December 2012 to May 2017, where responsibilities included designing marketing collateral and managing vendor relationships. Pooja's earlier experience includes a role in institutional sales at UB Group, focused on BTL activities. Academically, Pooja holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Amity University and completed a degree in Digital Marketing from MICA | The School of Ideas in 2021.
