Paul Shipley, MEd, NCC, JD Candidate, currently serves as an Educational Guidance Counselor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a School Counselor at Adelphoi Education Inc., both roles commencing in 2023. Additionally, Paul Shipley holds the position of National Third Vice Commander for AMVETS National Headquarters, overseeing the Legislative portfolio. With a background in veteran services, Paul Shipley previously served as a Veteran Service Officer for the Pennsylvania DMVA and held multiple leadership roles within the AMVETS Department of Pennsylvania. Paul Shipley has a strong academic background, including a Doctor of Law from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and two Master of Education degrees from PennWest California in Counselor Education/School Counseling.
