Darren Huang is an experienced board member and chairman with a diverse background in technology and business. Currently serving as a board member for UltronSMART, SYSTEX, eJoule International Ltd, and Parade Technologies, Inc., Darren also holds the position of chairman at Global Communication Semiconductors, Inc. and venture partner at Translink Capital. Additional board roles include Amulaire Thermal Technology, ALi Corporation, and Egis Technology. Previously, Darren was a partner at AsiaVest Partners. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from NCTU.
