Ghanshyam Bind currently serves as the Territory Sales Incharge-I at Amul (GCMMF) since August 2023, overseeing a team of five salesmen and managing relationships with 50 distributors and four major retail partners across two districts and eight talukas, contributing to an annual turnover exceeding 350 crores. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Development Intern at Biskitos Food Private Limited in 2022 and involvement in new product development at the International Bakery at NIFTEM, where Ghanshyam developed millet-based multigrain cookies. Previous positions also encompass production team member duties at the Bakery Pilot Plant (NIFTEM-K) and quality assurance and control at Gopaljee Healthy Products Private Limited, specializing in milk products. Ghanshyam holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology and Management from the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management in Haryana, completed in August 2023.
