Sudhakar M. has extensive experience in mainframe modernization, with a current role as a Mainframe Modernization Consultant at Amtrak since October 2021, focusing on zOS workload refactoring and migration to AWS Cloud. Prior to this, Sudhakar M. served as a Mainframe Consultant at Capital One and as a Mainframe Application Developer at Northwestern Mutual, where notable achievements included modernizing legacy applications and developing REST APIs for integration with front-end technologies. Additional experience includes leading mainframe development efforts at WPS Health Insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, starting in 2011. Sudhakar M. holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University, obtained in 2010.
