Reaud Ilayan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager at AmTrade Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include selling, servicing, and installing high-quality equipment and solutions for the food industry since March 2013. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at U.S. Manufacturing and Advanced Product Engineering-Resident Engineer at Edwards Brothers. Reaud has also held positions in Industrial/Process Engineering at Chrysler LLC/Global Engine Manufacturing Alliance LLC, Operations Management at Applied Grinding Technologies, and Operations Manager/Program Engineer at R&B Machine Tool Company, among others. Reaud Ilayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering from Eastern Michigan University and certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Leadership Development Training from the University of Michigan and the Center for Creative Leadership, respectively.
