Peter Stevens is an accomplished Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in managing IT services for the utility sector. Since January 2015, Peter has been delivering Managed Service solutions at AMT-SYBEX, acting as a liaison for client service stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery. Previous roles include managing Data Centre Services at RWE GBS UK and leading teams in Windows Server and Data Centre Services at RWE IT UK, where Peter operated within ITIL frameworks to meet service level agreements. Peter’s career began at RWE/npower/MEB in various IT support roles during periods of significant corporate change. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Mapping Science from Newcastle University and A Levels in Physics, Computing, and Maths from Halesowen College.
