Rickard Sjöberg has a diverse work experience starting in 2020 as a Board Member for Nyländska Nationen. In 2019, they worked as a Contact Center Agent for Avaca Oy until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Financial Assistant at Loval Oy and as a Course Assistant at Åbo Akademi. Rickard then joined DAMVAD Analytics in 2022 as a Junior Consultant, working on various projects involving quantitative analysis, data management, and report writing. In 2023, they continued their career as a Junior Consultant/Analyst at Amsterdam Data Collective, again working on project-based tasks including quantitative analysis, data management, and report writing.

From 2017 to 2021, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Åbo Akademi University.
