Jim Gagliano has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim is currently the Director of Business Development at Amsive, a position they have held since January 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Business Development at Vision for nearly two decades, from February 2002 to their current position. Prior to their role at Vision, Jim worked as an Account Executive at ASG Sherman Graphics from February 1990 to February 2002. Jim also has experience as a Production Manager at Laser Graphics from June 1985 to January 1990.

Jim Gagliano attended Illinois State University from 1980 to 1984. Jim studied Industrial Technology/Technician during this time. In 2015, they obtained a certification in "Introduction to Marketing" from Coursera Verified Certificates.
