Beju Rao is the Founder, President & CEO at Amruta. Beju has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Mary Washington and Southern Methodist University. Prior to their current position, Rao was the Principal and Chief Scientist at Axtria, Inc., Senior Director and Scoring Officer at Capital One, and Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business. Rao began their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University before moving on to work as a Researcher at the Center for Manufacturing Research.

Beju Rao has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Texas A&M University, a Masters in Industrial Management and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and various certifications from Coursera, Google Cloud, Virginia SBDC, Interise, Adobe, SAS, S&P Global Market Intelligence, The Risk Management Association, and American Bankers Association.
