Kyle Burtka has extensive experience in operations and marketing, currently serving as a Resolution Advocate at Amrock since September 2022. Previously held the position of Director of Operations at Twangled Inc. from May 2018, having contributed to digital marketing initiatives that significantly improved customer engagement. Prior roles include Application Support Analyst at Nexsys Technologies from October 2019 to September 2022 and Marketing Coordinator at Det-Chi Video, where responsibilities included marketing campaigns and establishing an e-commerce presence. Kyle Burtka holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from Wayne State University and has an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science from Wayne County Community College.
